 The Trout Slayer. Does It Really Slay? The question at hand is does the Trout Slayer truly slay.... yea or nay? The Trout Slayer is made by Leland lures and I love Leland lures products. Not to long ago I did a review on there Panfish Magnet kit if you want to check that out.  The Trout Slayer is a small crawfish soft bait that is used to target multiple species of fish from bluegills to even bass and crazy enough trout.... Ive caught a lot of bluegill off this bait and warmouth but Ive yet to catch a bass and since I live in Florida trout is hard to come by lol  Trout Slayer Lets talk price. For a whole $9 and 99cents you can own the Trout Slayer. It comes with 5 different colored crawfish soft baits (watermelon red, white, black neon, natural, and huckleberry) you get 20 in total and then you get 8 1/64 ounce size 6 hooks.  We Got Kicked Out But I Caught A Giant 


The first bass I caught I used a black and blue flake senko on a wacky rig setup

The second bass I caught I used a watermelon seeded fluke and I caught a giant. He hit once and I missed him so I tossed it back into the same spot and he hit again and he fought hard ( I feel bad about the bloody lip) lol

Once I got him onto the bank he broke my line lol Im so lucky I got him to land before that happen HA! Right after I retied my rig the security showed up and told us we had to go but man it was fun while it lasted.
