 The Trout Slayer. Does It Really Slay? The question at hand is does the Trout Slayer truly slay.... yea or nay? The Trout Slayer is made by Leland lures and I love Leland lures products. Not to long ago I did a review on there Panfish Magnet kit if you want to check that out.  The Trout Slayer is a small crawfish soft bait that is used to target multiple species of fish from bluegills to even bass and crazy enough trout.... Ive caught a lot of bluegill off this bait and warmouth but Ive yet to catch a bass and since I live in Florida trout is hard to come by lol  Trout Slayer Lets talk price. For a whole $9 and 99cents you can own the Trout Slayer. It comes with 5 different colored crawfish soft baits (watermelon red, white, black neon, natural, and huckleberry) you get 20 in total and then you get 8 1/64 ounce size 6 hooks.  Warmouth Sweet Spot


I caught 6 or 7 Warmouths but this is just 3 of them. I found the sweet spot to catch these and im loving it

 I used the black shad with the chartreuse tail from the creme crappie kit on a 1/64 hook. Literally all I caught for and hour and a half were these warmouth. I went from never having caught them before to now finding a spot were there in abundance.
